The quality affects the size and resolution of your photos and videos.
Step 4: Create and Download Your File
After you have selected the data you want to download, you need to click on the Create File button at the top right corner of the page. This will start the process of creating your data file, which may take some time depending on the amount and type of data you have requested.
You will receive a notification on Facebook and an email when your file is ready to download. To download your file, you need to go back to the Download Your Information page and click on the Available Copies tab. You will see a list of files that you have created, along with their size, format, date range, and expiration date. You can click on the Download button next to the file you want to download and enter your password to confirm.
Your file will be downloaded as a ZIP archive that contains several folders and files with your data. You can unzip the archive and open the index.html file in a web browser to view your data in an organized way.
