Oil and BEE WELL is my business name and represents my mantra – I help people Bee WELL by teaching Wellness, Education, Leadership, and Love. Why BEE well?  I develop products such as lip balm and body butter that use beeswax that is locally harvested from my own hives in Hotchkiss, CO.  This is my personal and business mantra, business name, and it also overlaps into my service at Wellspring Vitality. I love inspiring you into a life of wellness and educationg you about essential oils.

I know what it is like to feel lost in searching for the answers to health issues.

I have spent the last 18 years of my life studying different forms of healing and medicine, in part because I could not find a practitioner who listened to me or knew how to help me. I have healed myself from chronic pain, digestive disorders, environmental illness, and autoimmunity by diligently studying and seeking out the best treatment modalities that I could find.

Along the way, I have discovered a deep fascination with the human body and our relationship between physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I have learned ancient tools of Chinese Medicine and modern tools of Western diagnostic medicine. I have learned the importance of expressing emotions and processing emotions in a variety of ways in our lives. I have learned the impact that our diet has on our well-being. I have learned the importance of being aware of and redirecting our brain processes.

In my work as a practitioner, I offer this knowledge to you to guide you on your own wellness journey in the hopes that it helps you find your way on your path. The therapies I offer include:

BODY BUTTER

I started making body butter 10 years ago in an attempt to help treat my baby daughter’s eczema issue, and soften my own skin from the wild winds of Wyoming. My recipe is simply the best and I have perfected it, creating small batches in a highly sterilized environment. Using all-natural, organic ingredients, with no preservatives, it is the most nourishing moisturizer you can apply to your skin, self-love at its finest! Filled with doTERRA Essential Oils, and using beeswax from my honeybees in  Hotchkiss CO, harvested with love by my children and myself, also customizable using only doTERRA oils, for anything from inflammation, digestion, cellulite, eczema, you name it.
